'A VISION FOR THE FUTURE'
Falcon Developments are a specialist land and planning enabler, who work collaboratively with landowners to bring forward residential developments that enhance and contribute to the surrounding area.
About Us
Focusing on areas of identified housing need, it is our philosophy to actively engage with the key stakeholders to carefully design schemes that accord with the local character of an area.
Working constructively with Landowners, Agents, Communities, Residents Groups, Parish Councils and Local Planning Authorities, we aim to achieve a desirable development that meets local needs, as well as providing community benefit.
As part of our service, Falcon creates an uplift in value of land through achieving a planning consent. All costs and risk will be taken on by the company, with no financial outlay required for the landowner.
Local Engagement
Listen to the community
It is our philosophy to actively engage with the local community and representatives to understand the profile of the Parish, and how with careful design, as well as taking on board comments, a suitable and desirable development can be forthcoming.
Planning & Design
Fit the surroundings
After initial consultation we will begin to form a consultant team, to be appointed by their expertise and experience with both the relevant planning authority and requirements of the design.
Consultants will include -architecture, planning, drainage, highways, visual, environmental, ecological and legal.
Sales & Marketing
Creating best value
To create the best value, you need to work with the experts.
Through our relationships with local estate agents and market research companies, we will evaluate the value of the development and most suitable open market sales method to create the best value.
