Working constructively with Landowners, Agents, Communities, Residents Groups, Parish Councils and Local Planning Authorities, we aim to achieve a desirable development that meets local needs, as well as providing community benefit.

Falcon Communities is the social enterprise arm of the company that specifically focuses on increasing home ownership through small-scale housing schemes suitable for first time buyers, key workers and the elderly.

Our Process

Falcon Developments provide the service of creating an uplift in value of land through achieving a planning consent. All costs and risk will be taken on by the company, with no financial outlay required for the landowner.
The only commitment required of the landowner is time to achieve the satisfactory planning consent.
