LAND SOUTH OF MANOR LODGE ROAD, ROWLANDS CASTLE - PUBLIC CONSULTATION
Falcon Developments in partnership with Vivid Homes held a public exhibition on a proposal for 35 new homes, including 14 affordable dwellings, public open space and improved recreational connections.
A local housing need assessment (undertaken in March 2020) within Rowlands Castle Parish has identified a high requirement for affordable shared ownership homes.
